General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, services, and offers provided by LTIN AG (in formation), unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

 
2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is deemed concluded when a customer places an order or uses a service and this is confirmed by LTIN AG.

 
3. Services Provided by LTIN AG

LTIN AG offers [consulting services / software products / digital services]. The exact scope of services is defined in the individual agreement or offer.

 
4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR) and exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms are generally 14 days net from the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.

 
5. Delivery Times and Delay

Delivery and service times are non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing. In the event of foreseeable delays, the customer will be informed promptly.

 
6. Liability

LTIN AG shall only be liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

 
7. Warranty and Notice of Defects

LTIN AG guarantees proper and professional execution of services. Any obvious defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery or performance.

 
8. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property and usage rights to provided concepts, software, or other results remain with LTIN AG.

 
9. Data Protection

LTIN AG processes personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws (notably the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR). Details can be found in our privacy policy at www.ltin.li/privacy.

 
10. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public information obtained in the course of the business relationship.

 
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein. The place of jurisdiction is Vaduz, to the extent permitted by law.

 
12. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Amendments or additions must be made in writing.
