LTIN WORKS WITH THE INDUSTRY’S TOP INNOVATORS.
Partners help provide the infrastructure and build services on the infrastructure. The activity of LTIN is limited to providing infrastructure.
Private Public Partnership inspired by Economy for the Common Good (ECG)
The Private Public Partnership, inspired by the Economy for the Common Good (ECG), prioritizes the common good, cooperation, and community. ECG principles emphasize stakeholder dignity, solidarity, ecological sustainability, social justice, transparent value distribution, and democratic participation. The concept of the Common Good focuses on benefiting the broader community rather than serving the interests of specific groups. For LTIN, the primary common good lies in fostering the health, diversity, and acceptance of the network, enabling new markets by leveraging Liechtenstein’s unique position.
Solid as a Rock with Benefits: Warranty on Ownership, Distribution of Value
Telekom Liechtenstein, as a state-owned entity, retains majority ownership to ensure that public interests are prioritized, the entity remains in Liechtenstein, and LTIN activities align with broader strategic goals. LTIN will not engage in financial activities, provide custody for digital assets, or offer any financial market-regulated services. The remaining stake is collectively owned by private partners, with individual shares varying based on their contributions and roles. These partners primarily bring unique competencies, resources, or market access. New partners can be added at any time through a defined admission process, contributing additional value such as technological expertise or staking delegations. Realized earnings are distributed among all participating entities based on their contributions, participation, and ownership, following a distribution model governed by the Governance Body. LTIN serves the common good by providing essential infrastructure services, partial revenues reinvested in governance and public utility functions, while ensuring that all contributors are fairly rewarded from retained earnings.
