LTIN SERVES THE COMMON GOOD
GOVERNANCE
LTIN is majority owned and controlled by Telecom Liechtenstein, which is owned 100% by the Government of Liechtenstein.

The LTIN governance framework divides authority among three governing bodies, balancing power while connecting legal duties with strategic decisions.

Board of LTIN AG
The Board of LTIN AG ensures regulatory compliance and fulfills all legal obligations. It is composed of one representative from FL1, one from the partner organization, and one independent member. Its responsibilities include approving the participation model and any changes to governance, as well as overseeing audits, financial reports, and tax filings.
Advisory Board of LTIN AG
The Advisory Board of LTIN AG serves as the primary governing body for strategic oversight and market analysis. It is chaired by FL1, with members proposed by LTIN LVC. The board is responsible for approving service expansions and operational structures, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
